Can we engage you for advice without a build?
Yes, and it is often the right first step. Consultation is a standalone engagement with its own deliverable. There is no obligation to build with us afterwards, and we will tell you when the answer is to buy something instead.
How long does a review take?
An architecture or code review is typically one to three weeks depending on the size of the system. Due diligence is usually tighter because it runs against a transaction deadline.
What do we actually receive?
A written document with findings, options and costed recommendations, plus a session to walk your team through it and argue with it. Not a slide deck of generalities.
Will you review work another agency built?
Yes. We assess what is there on its merits. The useful output is what it would cost to fix, extend or replace, not a verdict on the previous team.
