Apps that survive contact with the app stores

Building the app is the part everyone plans for. Store review, device fragmentation, offline behaviour and release management are the parts that quietly consume the schedule. We plan for both.

What actually delays mobile launches

A mobile build is not a website in a smaller viewport. It has a review gate you do not control, users who will not update, and network conditions that range from fibre to a dropped signal on a moving bus. Products that ignore this ship late and rate badly.

  • App store rejection on rules the team had never read
  • The app assumes a connection and falls over without one
  • No release process, so every update is a manual scramble
  • Analytics added after launch, meaning the first months of data are gone

What you get

Native or cross-platform, chosen on merit

React Native where a shared codebase genuinely saves time, Swift or native Android where the product depends on platform capability. The decision is made per project and explained, not applied as a house default.

Offline-tolerant by design

Local state and sync are designed in from the start, because retrofitting offline support into an app that assumed connectivity is close to a rewrite.

Store submission handled

We prepare listings, screenshots, privacy declarations and review notes, and we handle rejections. You do not need to learn App Store Review Guidelines.

Instrumented before launch

Funnels and events are in place for the first install, so you can answer questions about activation and retention from week one instead of month six.

Common questions

Native or cross-platform?

Cross-platform suits most products, and React Native covers iOS and Android from one codebase without a meaningful compromise for typical business apps. Choose native when you depend heavily on platform hardware or need the very best animation performance.

Can you publish under our developer accounts?

Yes, and we prefer it. The apps should live in your Apple and Google accounts so you retain control of the listings, the reviews and the release keys.

Do you build the backend too?

Usually, yes. Most mobile products need an API, and having one team own both sides removes an entire category of integration problem.

How do updates work after launch?

We set up a release pipeline so shipping an update is routine rather than an event. Store review still applies to native releases, so we plan release cadence around it.
